the room on the 14th floor provided a nice view of the pool. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. i found the room service twice a day to be a lovely touch with turndown service in the evening.
also i was not informed that i needed my room card to access the hotel from the garage. it took a while to figure things out.

the hotel boasts a great location for exploring everything the island offers. it is highly walkable with easy access to transportation. there are curated shops and restaurants down the street behind the hotel.

The staff were fantastic! the location is very close to the center, a nice walking distance. breakfast is also great, and the whole hotel is in excellent condition. It is quite new.
service levels are really poor! i waited nearly 40 minutes in the lobby bar to get served. at check-in, i was told to take a seat as my room was not ready, i went to reception only to be told the rooms had been ready for some time?????

the breakfast offered a massive choice , i really enjoyed the morning pastries. our ocean view room had a balcony , it was a very comfortable space. the hotel provided vegan options in both restaurants , i found that considerate.
i was never told that you had to hold the room card against the scanner until it turned green. i also was not informed that you need your room card to access the hotel from the garage.

I was grateful for our clean room. The staff quickly delivered our luggage after check-in. I especially liked the amazing rooftop bar view. We also enjoyed the private parking access with a keycard upon arrival. It was efficient.

The pilates class cost extra. i wasnt told about this before. the sauna also had an extra charge. it was quite annoying. the air conditioning was also centrally controlled. this made it difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking. it was either too hot or too cold. the wifi was patchy. I had better luck at restaurants elsewhere.
