fantastic staff excellent condition poor service long wait
The staff were fantastic! the location is very close to the center, a nice walking distance. breakfast is also great, and the whole hotel is in excellent condition. It is quite new.
service levels are really poor! i waited nearly 40 minutes in the lobby bar to get served. at check-in, i was told to take a seat as my room was not ready, i went to reception only to be told the rooms had been ready for some time?????

morning pastries ocean view vegan options room card garage access elevator issue
the breakfast offered a massive choice , i really enjoyed the morning pastries. our ocean view room had a balcony , it was a very comfortable space. the hotel provided vegan options in both restaurants , i found that considerate.
i was never told that you had to hold the room card against the scanner until it turned green. i stood in the elevator without it moving until i figured things out. i also was not informed that you need your room card to access the hotel from the garage.

The room had a great ocean view. I enjoyed the infinity pool on the 16th floor. It gave a fine view. The staff met my requests for early check-in and late check-out..

Breakfast included fresh orange juice. Toast with avocado and salmon was also available. There was a large selection of cakes and fresh fruit daily at the breakfast buffet.

Excellent stay, minor hiccup!

I was grateful for our clean room. The staff quickly delivered our luggage after check-in. I especially liked the amazing rooftop bar view. We also enjoyed the private parking access with a keycard upon arrival. It was efficient.

The breakfast included many options. There were options available, from savory to sweet, so every guest could find something to suit their taste. This was great. The buffet looked very inviting and plentiful.

The hotel features nice bar areas. It also includes clean spaces throughout. The location is also great for walking to many areas of the city. There are also bus stops and a couple of shops just outside the hotel, for added convenience.

extra charge patchy wifi
The pilates class cost extra. i wasnt told about this before. the sauna also had an extra charge. it was quite annoying. the air conditioning was also centrally controlled. this made it difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking. it was either too hot or too cold. the wifi was patchy. I had better luck at restaurants elsewhere.
